Valencia lived a very normal life growing up. Once she graduated college, she decided to join the military to help pay for her university fees. During her time serving in the military, Valencia was called back home where she was offered a top secret position within the military due to her skills. This position was to work along side government operatives who had superhuman-like effects and respond to domestic threats. Valencia received training to also become a very skilled operative specializing in setting everything on fire and making it look like an accident. She also received training for torturing and interrogation. After years of being a government operative, Valencia scared herself through her own enjoyment of murder, leading her to leave the military. She went through a short dark period in her life until she met her old friend from the military, Alisa. With the help of Alisa's connections with Harley, Valencia was able to open her own bar where she enjoys mixing drinks for her customers. From time to time, she would go on mercenary missions with her friends Alisa and Altissa due to her silent desire to torture people and set them on fire.
